This role demands strategic planning skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and support to project managers, architects, and other construction professionals.
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, including clients, management, and contractors.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with legal regulations, risk management, and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets, bids, and contracts.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
