NICU RN

Provides specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns requiring continuous monitoring, advanced interventions, and developmentally supportive care in a neonatal intensive care environment.

Responsibilities :

Monitor vital signs, respiratory status, and physiological stability in high acuity neonates

Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and support ventilators, CPAP, and other respiratory equipment

Perform detailed assessments and respond rapidly to changes in neonatal condition

Provide specialized feeding support including gavage, TPN, and lactation coordination

Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans

Educate and support families through neonatal care, bonding, and discharge readiness

Maintain strict infection prevention practices and accurate documentation

Requirements :

Active state RN license or compact license if applicable

Minimum two years of NICU RN experience

Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
