About The Position

leading hospital in Mount Clemens, MI, is seeking a Locums Cardiothoracic

Surgery Physician to provide expert surgical care for cardiovascular and trauma

patients. This opportunity involves full 24-hour call coverage, including

weekends, with a focus on complex cardiothoracic procedures.

Shift

Description :

  • 24-hour call coverage

Cardiothoracic surgical care for

cardiovascular and trauma services

Coverage required Monday through

Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday

Patient

Volume :

  • Average of 5 patients per day

    • Core

    Procedures / Skills :

  • Aneurysm repairs
  • Thoracic surgery
  • Arterial bypass procedures
  • Peripheral vascular procedures

    • Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA)

    repairs

  • Bypass surgery

    • Requirements :

    Board Certified in Cardiothoracic

    Surgery

  • Active Michigan medical license

    • Mount
