Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 4 years.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Self scheduling with manager approving

Weekend Requirements : At least every 3rd, at times every other

Holiday Requirements : Rotation per unit needs

Floating Requirements : Can float to ED to be back up help if volumes surg

Beds : 10

Common diagnosis / Types of patients : Adults and geriatrics, occasional peds, All-Majority of Census is Swing bed needing Iv abx, therapy or wound care. Medical patients vary : Diabetic, pancreatitis, pneumonia, etc.

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and / or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
