Apex Human Capital division of Express Employment of Hattiesburg, MS is looking for an Jr. Sales Analyst to join our team!

We are open to candidates with no direct sales experience, but must have related experience.

This is a Full-Time opportunity, Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM, No weekends or Holidays!

Responsibilities :

• Conduct sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing clients
• Cold calling via phone & business to business
• Warm leads list given and existing database of clients to work
• Responsible for offering the best possible customer experience
• Provide hands-on explanations of any new or updated methods when necessary

Qualifications :

At least 6 months of RECENT, related experience.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field is required

Proven track record of successful sales in a competitive environment

Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the firm's growth.

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing new business opportunities

Capable of identifying client needs and providing tailored staffing solutions

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
