Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Location : Scituate, MA

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 4 weeks

Schedule : 40 hrs / week; 5x8s, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Position Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a short-term travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility in Scituate, MA. This role focuses on providing high-quality rehabilitative care to residents, supporting mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs.

Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals and exercises.

Requirements :

Current MA PT license

Minimum 1 year of PT experience (SNF experience preferred)

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
