Lexvest Breakwater Operator, LLC dba Breakwater Hotel located in Provincetown, MA on Cape Cod in Barnstable County : Temporary, Full-time, 04 / 01 / 2026-11 / 26 / 2026, at least 36 hours p / week, 6 days p / week, days may vary; 9am-3pm. (11) Openings. Will train to clean guest rooms and common areas, vacuum floors, make beds, replenish linens and towels, dusting, emptying trash from guest rooms, and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms. $20.35 p / hour or $30.53 p / hour for overtime as it may be available. No education or prior work experience is required. On-the-job training is provided. Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 p / day during travel to a maximum of $68 p / day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employers will use a single workweek for computing wages starting Sunday at 12 : 01 am and ending Saturday at 11 : 59 pm and the employee will be paid on Wednesday (weekly) by company check. H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs. All deductions required by law will be deducted weekly Lodging may be available through the employer. If housing is provided by employer, employee cost for housing is $165 per week and is paid directly by employee to employer each pay period. Housing is optional. Transportation is not provided to the worksite.
