What you'll do The mission of the Global Site Solutions Organization is to drive holistic technology strategy to enable the entire end-to-end lifecycle of a Client site. We are embarking on a multiyear journey to modernize and enhance over 40 applications to support Real Estate, Store Planning, Property Development, and Workplace Services value stream to deliver more value for our global business partners. You will help drive our delivery of business value through technical solutions across our systems. You will work collaboratively with your Scrum team, business partners and others across IT to design, code, test, deploy and support software / technology components. You will be responsible for leading medium to large initiatives, providing mentorship and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities : Implement and administer third-party software products, applications, and services for Client use. Collaborate with vendors, product, platform, infrastructure, security and architecture teams. Provide high-quality technical support for applications and services. Contribute to the solution design of projects that address business needs, including the analysis of multiple solution options. Lead discussions on design approaches to solving visible, strategic and complex business problems. Initiate and engage in Third-party Risk Assessments. Implement New Technology Assessments and Non-functional Requirements. Author Technical Design Documents and Architecture Diagrams. Develop and conduct tests to ensure solutions meet documented user requirements. Maintain, enhance, and revise knowledge artifacts. Manage multiple demands and projects within deadlines. Participate in production support transition after the implementation of new products. Participate in Agile ceremonies and work within the scrum team. Adhere to Sarbanes Oxley compliance and all Client Company standards as applicable. Follow security standards and practices to enhance the organization's security posture. Fully own epics with decreasing guidance. Takes initiative through identifying gaps and opportunities. Maintain broad knowledge in the business applications within Global Site Solutions domain. Has an expert understanding of the end-to-end business processes and is responsible for the technical application roadmaps including the recommendation and initiation of IT driven projects.

What you'll need

Must Have (Required) : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Engineering skillset / training / technical work experience. 8+ years of strong experience in the technical design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise solutions. Experience delivering features through the full software development life cycle (SDLC). Hands-on experience developing applications using SQL, Java, .NET, Power BI etc. Understanding of Windows / Linux platforms, server configurations / upgrades and monitoring tools. Experience implementing SaaS solutions and working with vendors. Experience reviewing vendor product documentation and asking relevant questions. Familiarity in analyzing and resolving security vulnerabilities. Experience developing new Enterprise scale integration features and services that are medium-high level of complexity working with product, platform, infrastructure, and security teams. Experience leading the creation of best practices and standards. Experience in 3rd party integrations (SaaS / COTS). Engineering mindset with ability to put together and review technical documentation. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred : Experience working within an Agile Scrum team. Self-Driven Sr technology resource with leadership qualities. Self-starter and requires less intervention from management. Experience working and presenting solutions to a bigger audience. Experience working in multiple priorities at the same time.
