Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team, focusing on CNC machining within our shipping and receiving department. This role involves working with high precision equipment and ensuring optimal performance in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC mills and lathes with tight tolerances.
• Utilize G+M code for machining operations.
• Work with SolidWorks and design if applicable.
• Participate in shipping and receiving logistics, including determining shipping methods and using computer systems for tracking.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team, including planners, inventory specialists, and shipping / receiving personnel.

Work Environment

Our clean manufacturing facility hosts a team of 92 employees. The machinist role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM, collaborating with a dedicated warehouse team. The environment is supportive and focused on continuous improvement.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunbury, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
