What will you be doing?

• Lead BI Strategy & Team Development : Guide the design and optimization of dashboards and reporting tools, and mentor the team to foster ownership and continuous improvement
• Reporting Automation & Efficiency : Oversee automation of recurring reports to reduce manual effort and Improve delivery speed and ensure consistent, high-quality insights
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Request Management : Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs and prioritize and manage incoming requests aligned with strategic goals
• Power BI Development & Enablement : Lead development of Power BI dashboards and tools and provide training to promote self-service analytics and data literacy
• Data Governance & Infrastructure Alignment : Ensure clean, reliable data through strong governance practices and align reporting infrastructure with IT and source system
