State Licensed Respiratory Program Executive

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Respiratory Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight of respiratory programs and align them with organizational goals

Develop innovative models for complex respiratory management and establish performance benchmarks

Lead quality enhancement initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Fifteen (15+) years of experience in respiratory care and healthcare

Ten (10+) years in senior leadership or executive roles in clinical respiratory care or population health

Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy, nursing, healthcare administration, public health, or related field required

Master's degree in a related field preferred; clinical licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or RN strongly preferred

Proven track record in developing and scaling clinical programs within a population health environment
