County Reject Specialist

A company is looking for a County Reject Specialist to review rejected orders and determine their validity.

Key Responsibilities

Review rejected orders to validate reject reasons and conduct necessary research

Enter orders as needed and route them to the appropriate area for handling

Meet KPI metrics based on task completion and maintain an acceptable error rate

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry

Ability to prioritize multiple objectives to meet client deadlines

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to work overtime and weekends if needed
