Job Brief

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Service Technician for our client. This job involves repair, test, and install equipment while providing exceptional support to customers. This role combines technical troubleshooting with administrative coordination to ensure smooth service operations and customer satisfaction.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Repair, modify, test, and install equipment.
• Handle day-to-day administrative requests in conjunction with customer requests.
• Maintain database pertinent information regarding key customers.
• Maintain Service Department call log.
• Enter service orders in database and ERP systems while collecting all necessary information.
• Complete reporting in a timely manner as needed.
• Handle personal travel arrangements for customer visits.
• Other duties as assigned.
