This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduling to support our team in managing daily operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills. This role is essential for ensuring efficient office functionality and effective communication within the team and with external partners.
Responsible :
Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to route calls and record complete information
Maintain and up the calendar system and the client and scheduling database
Schedule services - reach out to clients via phone and email
Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation
Maintain the hard copy filing system and digital database
Provide information to team members in the field
Cold call advertising and prospect follow up
Requirements
Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple calls / tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with various stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement
Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (Calendar, Sheets)
Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role preferred
