Job Summary

Reporting to the Administrative Director of EPA, the manager is responsible for the management and development of the Integrative Health & Wellness program.

Minimum Qualifications

Education :

Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field preferred but not required.

Experience :

Prior healthcare or management experience required.

Minimum of five years in a professional setting with experience coordinating projects and managing programs preferred.

Licensure and Certification :

None required.

Skills :

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with consultants, volunteers, and staff across all levels of the organization.

Proven project management abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly detail-oriented.

Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher).

Ability to handle and protect confidential information.
