A confidential defense-industry organization is seeking Production / Warehouse Workers to join their manufacturing and distribution team in Buffalo, NY. This position is ideal for dependable, hands-on individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Label and palletize paint gallon cans at the filling station with precision and accuracy.

Mix sealants and blends used in paint and coating products (training provided).

Clean and prepare drums and totes for transporting materials.

Maintain inventory records and assist with outbound shipments.

Receive and count raw materials, completing daily data entries.

Handle shipment paperwork and deliver materials to internal departments.

Inspect incoming shipments and reconcile documentation for accuracy.

Use UPS / FedEx software to verify, label, and unload deliveries.

Support a clean, safe, and organized production floor environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in small, specialized production teams.

Steel-toed shoes required while on site.

Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

VantageClear or equivalent clearance / certification required for defense-industry compliance.
