Project Manager
Responsible for defining and managing the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline, and budget for projects. Organizes and drives resources to achieve project objectives on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include overall project planning, direction, prioritization, change management, delivery, and post-delivery evaluation. Ensures project scope, planning, and implementation align with client expectations and business needs. Ensures alignment between multiple projects. Key job responsibilities include independently managing complex projects, managing cross-functional project teams, playing a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, processes, and tools to enable effective project management and success, managing projects with complex business, operational, technical, and other challenges, determining and coordinating the sharing of leveraged resources among projects, and defining, implementing, and consulting on project management standards / processes for relevant teams or projects.
Skills include expert understanding of WFM's project management methodologies and requirements, expert ability to plan, estimate, organize, and monitor projects, advanced capability to oversee and advise on project management issues and assist with overcoming barriers, expert ability to keep multiple projects on track financially, creatively, and in accordance with stakeholder deadlines, advanced proficiency with project management software, such as SharePoint, MS Project, and Basecamp, conveying and / or consulting on issues of moderate to significant complexity, regularly interacting with colleagues or customers up to the senior leadership level, providing process and policy advice to Team Members and customers, providing function-wide process advice and insight, offering guidance to less experienced Team Members, consulting with and advising senior-level stakeholders and leaders, developing complex solutions to business problems through in-depth analyses and coordination / negotiation with key decision makers, using experience, innovation, and judgment to make decisions that may be based on partial information, considering enterprise-wide implications of decisions and recommendations, leveraging understanding of the customer base, market, and industry to drive project-related decisions and recommendations, and demonstrating exceptional knowledge of the product mix, supply base, and retail operations.
Basic Qualifications : 5+ years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership, and a Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications : 2+ years of driving process improvements experience and a Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000 / year in our highest geographic market.
