Gastroenterology Physician

A health services network in South Jersey is actively seeking a licensed Gastroenterology Hospitalist for a promising opportunity at one of their facilities in Cape May County. About the Opportunity : Schedule : 23 weeks a year, 7 on 7 off Hours : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; weekends will be on call from 5pm Friday night to 8am Monday morning and will round in hospital Sat / Sun if needed Setting : Inpatient Responsibilities : The Gastroenterologist will be responsible for : Examining & obtaining medical history and treating acute & chronic illnesses Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests Creating treatment plans and involving patients & family members in those plans Initiating appropriate specialty referrals Collaborating on the improvement in care delivery and service with management, other Physicians and staff Performing other duties as needed Qualifications : Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New Jersey Board Eligible / Certified in Gastroenterology Your privacy is important to us.
