Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can develop a strategy and execute on pursuing innovative channels of marketing, set direction of our campaigns and also craft compelling, persuasive copy that resonates with our audience. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution — ensuring our brand voice is consistent, engaging, and effective across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • \tOwn and develop the brand voice, ensuring it is consistent across all marketing materials.

  • \tWrite high-quality copy for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, website content, and social media.
  • \t

  • \tProvide creative direction and oversee design / copy alignment for multi-channel campaigns.
  • \t

  • \tCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver cohesive marketing assets.
  • \t

  • \tConduct A / B testing on messaging and refine copy for maximum impact and conversion.
  • \t

  • \tLead market research to understand customer psychology, competitor positioning, and emerging trends.
  • \t

  • \tAnalyze campaign results and adapt creative / copy strategies accordingly.
  • \t

  • \tManage marketing calendar, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • \t

  • \tLead initiatives to expand audience
  • Qualifications

    \t

  • \tBachelor's degree
  • \t

  • \t5+ years of marketing experience with strong copywriting background.
  • \t

  • \tProven portfolio of writing across digital and traditional channels.
  • \t

  • \tStrong creative judgment and ability to direct visuals and messaging.
  • \t

  • \tExcellent storytelling skills — able to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling language.
  • \t

  • \tData-driven approach; familiarity with A / B testing and analytics tools.
  • \t

  • \tAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ideally understands GLP-1 medication

    Very strong organizational skills

    Preferred Skills

  • \tComfort with both short-form persuasive ad copy and long-form content marketing.
  • \t

  • \tKnowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing copy best practices.
  • \t
  • \tFamiliarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite) and campaign platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Meta Ads).
