Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement personalized care plans, assessing patient needs and monitoring their progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Continuously monitor patient vital signs, equipment, and overall condition, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies, implementing appropriate interventions and stabilizing patients.
• Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure optimal patient care.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $99840.00 / yr.
