We are seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals over 18yrs of age with a valid drivers license to conquer the bustling industrial world of hydraulic fluids. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, engaging with businesses and offering top-notch solutions for their big machinery needs.

Responsibilities :

Knocking on doors and introducing our repair services for hoses and cylinders to premium hydraulic fluid businesses.

Building strong relationships with decision-makers and understanding their machinery requirements

Providing personalized solutions and expert advice to meet their industrial needs

Closing deals and exceeding sales targets like a true sales champion

What we're looking for :

A fearless go-getter with a passion for sales and a knack for building rapport

Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customers

Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment

Previous sales experience is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic newcomers too!

Bilingual English and Spanish

Must be okay with all outside weather cold or hot temps. Must go face to face directly to all businesses in the territory assigned.

One month training in office in Haltom City, Texas at Base Pay of $1500 Bi-weekly then you decide to go straight commission after the 1st or 2nd month.
