Washington DC area CPA firm seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team and play a critical role in managing tax strategies, compliance, and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio. This is a full-time in-office position at either our Vienna, VA, or Rockville, MD, locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex tax compliance and consulting engagements for corporate, partnership, and individual clients
• Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
• Stay current on tax law changes and assess their impact on clients
• Supervise and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing training and guidance
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to ensure accurate, timely deliverables
• Review tax returns and financial documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
