About The Position

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, medical histories, and treatment goals.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and evidence-based practices.

Utilize a variety of techniques such as exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to help patients regain mobility and manage pain.

Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies, home exercises, and injury prevention.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Document patient care services accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory standards.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Stay current with professional knowledge and continuing education.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Education : Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure : Valid state license or eligibility to obtain licensure in [State].

Certifications : CPR / BLS certification required.
