Located in Center City, Philadelphia, SSH Real Estate has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician with commercial building experience.

The Maintenance Technician is part of a team responsible for overseeing maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities :

• Complete work orders professionally and promptly.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and equipment checks.
• Handle general repairs (carpentry, painting, pressure washing, grounds maintenance).
• Conduct electrical repairs (install low voltage circuits, replace light bulbs, fixtures, outlets, switches).
• Perform plumbing repairs (install faucets, flushometers, toilet fill valves, wax rings).
• Carry out HVAC repairs (replace filters, clean condensers, belt changes, grease equipment).
• Diagnose mechanical equipment issues and recommend repairs or vendor services.
• Maintain records and manage material stock.
