Requirements CNC Machine programming proficiency using :
- Master Cam, Solid Works, 5-Axis experience is required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing CNC operations, ideally in aerospace or composites; expertise in 5-axis CNC programming for materials like tooling boards, honeycomb, and foam core.
- Proven experience in developing machining processes and methodologies that enhance workflow and productivity.
- Experience with low & high-density tooling boards, spraycore, putty, and other composite materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex machining challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead, train, and mentor a team of CNC operators and programmers.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Preferred :
Strong grasp of aerospace, drone, and prototype project needs; familiar with AS9100 / NADCAP standards; experience machining aerospace components or tooling.Job Duties Develop processes for machining master patterns, molds, tooling boards, spraycore, honeycomb, and foam core.Oversee daily CNC operations (2x 5-axis machines).Collaborate with engineering and production on aerospace, drone, and prototype projects.Monitor and analyze performance data to continuously improve efficiency and output.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to machining, tooling, and quality control.Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in all CNC operations.Coordinate with departments to meet deadlines.Create and manage schedules for CNC machine use, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Ensure the highest level of precision and quality across all CNC operations.Schedule Monday - Friday, 6 :
