Requirements CNC Machine programming proficiency using :

• Master Cam, Solid Works, 5-Axis experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing CNC operations, ideally in aerospace or composites; expertise in 5-axis CNC programming for materials like tooling boards, honeycomb, and foam core.
• Proven experience in developing machining processes and methodologies that enhance workflow and productivity.
• Experience with low & high-density tooling boards, spraycore, putty, and other composite materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex machining challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead, train, and mentor a team of CNC operators and programmers.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
