This emergency department sees about 19,700 annual visits (1.8 patients per hour) with 14 beds and coverage from physicians on 12-hour shifts (6a-6p / 6p-6a) plus APC support 11a-9p. The site uses MedHost EMR, has no trauma designation, and requires physicians to be board certified in EM, IM, or FM with ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Bridge admitting orders are in place, no scribes are provided, and clinicians must be COVID vaccinated or hold an approved exemption.
