Sr Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Claims Specialist.

You can sit in any of the following offices, we are hybrid Mon - Thurs in the office and Fri work from home :

• Charlotte, NC
• Birmingham, AL
• Nashville, TN
• Meridian, MS
• Lawrenceville, GA

Key functions include but are not limited to the following :

Qualifications

4-year college degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 10 years prior experience handling large Commercial Auto, General Liability and EPL claims of more than $500,000.00 in aggregate exposure. Proven ability to identify and address coverage issues, complex investigations, timely / effective reserve management and ability to develop detailed action plans. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Excellent negotiation, time management, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of tort and contract law in our operating states. Effective presentation skills. Working knowledge of legal billing software, claim systems, spreadsheet and word processing software applications. Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
