M, T, F - 7 : 00a - 4 : 00p

W, TH - 8 : 00a - 5 : 00p

FNP must be DOT certified.

2 years or more of FNP work experience.

Clean, Active FL license

DEA.

Prescriptive Authority.

Malpractice and Accommodations provided. Mileage reimbursed.

No flights or rental cars.  Client is looking for a provider in the 250 mile radius if possible.
