This is a full-time position with 9.5 -hour shifts , each including time for client care, documentation, and training. Each shift is staffed with two Intensive Support Professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

About the Program

Intensive Residential Services Home (IRSH) is a short-term, in-home rehabilitation program for adults with mental health, behavioral health, intellectual disabilities, or co-occurring conditions. The goal is to support stabilization through medication and appointment compliance, crisis planning, behavior modification, and skill-building.

Each home will serve up to four adults and be staffed with two Intensive Support Professionals per shift. The home includes office space, two company vehicles, and all necessary tools to support client success.
