We are seeking a professional Water Wastewater Engineering Specialist to join our Water / Wastewater division in Charlotte, NC. STV specializes in the planning, organization, and development of engineering activities for the construction and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities.

Responsibilities Include

• Production of contract documents including plans and specifications
• Perform pipeline hydraulic flow and pressure calculations.
• Perform pump calculations and develop system curves for sizing pumps.
• Water and Wastewater treatment process engineering and design support.
• Prepares construction and design cost estimates.
• Develops project specific specifications.
• Perform engineering duties in planning and designing electrical water and wastewater pipelines, pumping, storage, and treatment systems.
• Responsible for or willingness to learn project management, client interface and business development of future projects.
• Makes site visits during design and construction to inspect the electrical construction installation.
• Review construction shop drawings and submittals for compliance with project design documents.
• Part-time is optional for this position.

Compensation Range

$61,760.55 - $82,347.40
