Connected Communities is WinnCompanies’ 501(c)3 non-profit affiliate dedicated to the creation and growth of community-based programs, services and public policies that support measurable social outcomes for affordable housing communities across the country. Its Economic Mobility department creates and manages programs centered on residents’ economic stability and mobility.

We are seeking a motivated Economic Mobility Project Manager to assist in implementation of several key projects over the coming year related to eviction prevention and asset building. As these projects have high stakes for our residents’ financial and housing security, the Economic Mobility Project Manager must be accurate, thorough, and able to navigate roadblocks to get the job done.  Preference for ability to commute to Headquarters in Boston, MA , but open to strong candidates in other locations where WinnCompanies operates.

The pay range for this position is $100,000-$115,000 annually dependent on experience. Please note that the selected candidate will adhere to the following hybrid work model : Monday through Thursday from 9 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM in our Boston HQ and Friday's remote.

• As it is a temporary, full-time position, it does NOT provide the standard Winn benefits listed at the bottom of this posting, other than sick time.
