Job Description

As a Fire / Water Field Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for assessing and completing mitigation services on a case-by-case basis. You will have to communicate these needs between management, customers, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication between office and customers.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of yourself, assigned vehicle, and equipment.
• Prepare rooms / areas for work needs.
• Set up staging areas and equipment as needed for each project.
• Perform end of day / end of job clean up and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Perform all production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per order by management.
