Your Path as an LPN

Your rewarding role includes :

  • Providing direct patient care in alignment with personalized care plans and physician orders.
  • Monitoring vital signs and patient responses to treatments while observing patient behavior.
  • Collaborating with Registered Nurses to report findings effectively and implement patient care plans.
  • Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support a successful recovery.
  • Celebrating the victories of your patients throughout their journey.

    • Qualifications for Success

  • Current LPN licensure as required by state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred : one year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
  • Preferred : rehabilitation experience.
