Oak Crest by Erickson Senior Living, a “Best Place to Work” award-winner, has immediate, multiple openings on our Nursing Team for Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs).

Compensation : commensurate for experience between $17.50 - $21.86 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings.

Shift differentials include :

$3.00 hourly for evening shift (3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm, Mondays through Fridays)

$1.00 hourly for night shift (11 : 00pm - 7 : 30am, Mondays through Fridays)

$2.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts)

What You’ll Do :

Perform appropriate nursing tasks per individual care plans

Administer medications (CMTs only)

Provide companionship, comfort, and help with activities of daily living

Escort residents to appointments and activities

Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

What You’ll Need :

GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) certification is required.

1-2 years of experience preferred

A passion for caring for seniors
