People First in Dover

Local Team Collaboration :

  • Join a closely-knit, established team of six physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs), supported by a clinical performance nurse.
  • Our diverse group includes representatives from the USA, Canada, Pakistan, and South America.
  • Be actively involved in various committees, including sepsis, code blue, and stroke.
  • Collaborate closely with nurses for specialized Plan of Care visits and participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds with case managers, nurses, physical therapists, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified / eligible in family or internal medicine.
  • Experience in an open 10-bed low-acuity ICU with additional intensivist coverage during the day. Our team performs procedures such as central lines, arterial lines, and intubation, and responds to rapid responses and CODE BLUEs.
  • We proudly sponsor H1B and J1 visa candidates, with excellent in-house visa specialists and licensing and credentialing experts. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by us.

    Flexible Scheduling :

  • Our staffing includes two physicians and one APP per day shift (7 am-7 pm) and one physician on nights (7 pm-7 am), with a supportive team ready to assist when needed.
