A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Implement strategic business decisions and contribute to product / process improvements
Engage in readiness programs and mentor other Technical Support Engineers
Provide complex troubleshooting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of relevant experience
Ability to meet security screening requirements
Verification of citizenship due to legal restrictions
Microsoft Technology Certifications are preferred
Basic knowledge of networking protocols and scripting skills
