Job Description & Requirements Primary Care Physician StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $111.55 - $120.75 This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : 3 eight-hour shifts weekly; 8 : 30am-5pm Monday-Wednesday (preferred)
• Patients per day : 20
• Practice Setting : Primary Care practice with rotating specialties
• Scope : primary care, Adult, Pediatric, Newborn, Geriatric
• State Licensure : Virginia
• Certifications required : Board certified or Board Eligible and Basic Life Support
