Community Manager

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS + You have 4-6 years of prior direct experience in community management, influencer marketing, or social media at a brand or agency. + Proven success managing ambassador or creator programs at scale + Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple projects + Experience with tools such as Traackr, FourSixty, Emplifi, and Meta Business Suite + Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and community engagement best practices + Data-informed mindset : able to interpret metrics, identify insights, and make recommendations + A genuine passion for storytelling, optimism, and building authentic human connections STILL WITH US? You'll work on-site Wednesdays and Thursdays each week + Everyone who applies will get a response from a human. You'll get one. YOUR OBJECTIVE Our community is the heartbeat of the brand. From our 800+ brand ambassadors to the everyday optimists who share their stories online, our community fuels nearly everything we do. We're looking for a passionate and organized Senior Manager to lead our incredible community ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and connection : part relationship builder, part strategist, part problem-solver. You'll be responsible for nurturing our community across ambassadors, influencers, and social channels, ensuring every interaction sparks positivity and deepens connection to the Life is Good mission. YOUR JOB COMMUNITY & AMBASSADOR LEADERSHIP + Solely lead our Brand Ambassador program -managing the end-to-end process + Coordinate seasonal product boxes, shipments, and ensure timely and accurate delivery + Build and maintain personal relationships with ambassadors through proactive outreach, updates, and feedback loops + Champion the community internally surfacing ambassador and fan stories for use across marketing, eCommerce, wholesale, and retail + Identify and act on opportunities to expand program participation, engagement, and retention INFLUENCER & CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS + Drive our influencer strategy across the funnel from brand awareness partnerships to conversion-driving creator collaborations + Identify, vet, and outreach to aligned creators and manage negotiations, contracting, and deliverables. + Collaborate with the Social and Creative teams to brief, review, and approve content that reflects brand voice and tone. + Collaborate with eCom on conversion-driving opportunities in influencer, creator and affiliate spaces + Maintain and coordinate an always-on gifting approach to brand friendlies and others + Measure and report performance using tools like Traackr and platform analytics, translating learnings into actionable insights.
