Job descriptionMonday-Friday / 8 : 00a-4 : 30p Saturday / Optional till 12 : 00n Four and a half (4.5) days weekly Call availability (you take your own call and it is a light phone call) Full-Spectrum Primary Care You will work with an experienced nurse (either an RN or LPN / LVN) Experienced FP mentors / peers are available Onsite labs, imaging, and other specialties / subspecialties Directors and managers to support your practice Physician Marketing and Physician Liaison initiatives to make sure your practice succeeds Paid CME, malpractice, and licensure Excellent health, dental, and vision insurance for Physicians and family 100% match on 4% retirement plan contribution + additional discretionary 2%, up to 6% on Day one! Short -Term & Long-Term Disability insurance Four weeks of paid parental leave and one week of paid caregiver leave 20 days of PTO + 5 days for CME during the initial guarantee for a full-time Physician Signing bonuses and student loan forgiveness are available Relocation reimbursement of up to $10,000.00 McHenry (city and county) offers a mix of rural and suburban areas, with a population of approximately 300,000. Rated one of the best places to live in Illinois McHenry is one of the fastest-growing areas in the state Great schools, restaurants, and shopping Beautiful parks, trails, and festivals McHenry has a thriving art / theatre scene 15 minutes from Mercyhealth's new state-of-practice hospital in Crystal Lake 35 miles from O'Hare International Airport Home to Algonquin, Barrington Hills, Cary, Fox Lake, Fox River Grove, Huntley, and Lake in the Hills Woodstock is the town legendary filmmaker Orson Welles called home. Near the Golden Corridor, which holds many Fortune 500 companies The movie, Groundhog Day, was shot in McHenry County.
