- Training Schedule : M-F 7am-3pm (approx 2 month)
- Starting Pay : $19+
The Mixing Operator is responsible for the precise creation of magnetic materials, ensuring they meet customer specifications and production demands. This role involves operating mixing equipment, following formulas to measure and combine ingredients, and monitoring the mixing process for quality.
Perform required mixing proceduresMust be able to follow very specific, detailed, written instructions for missing flammable solvents, resins and solid chemicalsMust be able to walk and stand on feet throughout work shiftMust be capable of using a full face or half face respirator during various mixing processesMust be able to maneuver large portable mixing vessels weighing up to 1000 lbs. with assistance of provided toolsMust be able to obtain, move and dispense from 55 gallon drums of chemicals multiple times during the shift with the assistance of provided toolsMust be able to be certified to use forklift, pallet jack and different types of drum dolliesMust follow all safety procedures involved with dispensing flammable solventsOther duties as requiredSkills and Abilities
