Inventory Control Lead - Kansas, IL

Position Overview :

The Inventory Control Lead will focus on managing appropriate inventory levels to meet the needs of internal customers and perform shipping / receiving / delivery of supply orders. This position will be located at the Pleasant Hill IL Warehouse. The Inventory Control Lead will coordinate and communicate daily with M&R Technicians, the Branch Manager, Farm Managers, the Truck Wash Manager, and Service Managers as needed or required.

What You Will Do :

• Support the development, layout, and implementation of inventory management systems; process and troubleshoot purchase orders through the invoicing stage.
• Receive, stock, pick, and ship orders while maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular counts, documentation, and variance reconciliation.
• Ensure parts are effectively organized, labeled, and stored to meet goals for inventory turns, value, and accuracy as set by management.
• Communicate with Production, Construction, and Maintenance & Repair Planning teams to anticipate material needs, coordinate kitting projects, and deliver completed units to farms.
• Align with the MN warehouse on deliveries, training, and shared functions; manage farm deliveries based on fume room availability.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist in developing and training backups to ensure continuity of operations.
