We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of Senior Associate Business Systems Analyst focusing on Workday Time & Attendance. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to make a meaningful impact within a thriving organization.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work closely with System Architects and Product Managers to oversee activities related to Workday Time & Attendance configuration and analysis.
- Translate business needs into configuration requirements for Workday Time Tracking and Absence management.
- Define and maintain eligibility rules, time entry validations, and absence accrual logic that align with business and compliance standards.
- Engage with stakeholders to establish the scope and value of new configurations and process improvements.
- Prioritize configuration deliverables and accurately manage the Product and Release Backlogs.
- Break down Workday Epics into clear Features and User Stories, including acceptance criteria and a Definition of Done for configuration tasks.
- Collaborate with UX and HR operations teams to ensure user experience, workflows, and system logic meet the requirements for time tracking and absence processes.
- Validate configurations during testing phases to proactively identify system gaps or logical inconsistencies.
- Conduct and deliver engaging Workday configuration demonstrations to stakeholders and end users.
- Maintain precise documentation of all configurations, workflows, and change logs to ensure audit readiness.
Required Skills & Experience :
7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with a strong emphasis on Time Tracking and Absence Management.In-depth understanding of accruals, time entry codes, calculation rules, time-off eligibility, and absence plan setup.Proven expertise in configuring and optimizing business process workflows for time entry, approvals, and absence events.Familiarity with compliance requirements related to working hours, leave types, and time tracking policies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business rules into effective Workday logic.Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations or enhancements.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Workday Time Tracking and / or Absence certification is highly preferred.Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborating across functional teams.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience supporting multi-country or region-specific time tracking setups.Familiarity with integration points between Time Tracking, Payroll, and HCM modules.Adept at analyzing system performance and proposing configuration-level enhancements.Professional Certifications :
SAFe for Teams certification (preferred)
