We are seeking a Teamcenter Upgrade and Process Consultant with deep expertise in Linux-based environments to lead PLM upgrade initiatives and drive process improvements across engineering and manufacturing domains. This role combines technical proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter with strategic consulting to enhance PLM workflows and system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and execute the upgrade of Teamcenter from current version to 2412.

Perform pre-upgrade assessments, environment validations, and compatibility checks.

Configure and optimize Teamcenter environments (Development, QA, Production) on Linux.

Migrate and validate data, customizations, and integrations post-upgrade.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teamcenter services, ITK, BMIDE, and database connectivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DBAs, infrastructure, and application owners.

Document upgrade procedures, configurations, and rollback plans.

Ensure compliance with IT security and change management policies.

Required Skills & Experience :

5+ years of experience in Teamcenter implementation and upgrades.

Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, modules, and data model.

Experience with Teamcenter 2312.x or 2412 is highly preferred.

Experience with Teamcenter Server Installation

Experience with Teamcenter 2Tier & 4Tier Client Installation

Experience with Teamcenter Docker Install & Configure

Experience with Teamcenter AWC Configuration

Experience with Teamcenter environment Cloning

Experience with TCRA Installation & Configuration

Experience with Teamcenter Manufacturing - MBOM, BOP(MPP)

Experience with CAD integrations (Catia , NX)

Proficiency in Linux (RHEL / SUSE) system administration.

Hands-on experience with BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and customizations.

Familiarity with Oracle database configurations for Teamcenter.

Knowledge of GitLab or similar version control systems.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
