State Fund's Enterprise Procurement - Procurement Center of Excellence Unit has an opening for an Information Technology Associate (ITA) Business Analyst.

Under general supervision of the Procurement Center of Excellence Manager, the incumbent will provide analytical, technical, and administrative support for procurement related applications and systems. This role focuses on optimizing procurement operations through systems innovation, data reporting and analytics, development and delivery of effective training and resources, and process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

• Act as a lead systems analyst / administrator providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and manage user access for SAP Ariba and One Trust application(s) and other procurement related systems
• Lead and coordinate system implementations, enhancements and updates
• Design, develop, and maintain job aids and training materials; conduct training to internal and external end users on system functionality
• Provide ongoing user support and guidance to ensure effective systems use and adoption of new tools and processes
• Produce data reports and analytics, dashboards, and perform survey coordination and feedback analysis to improve system and operational performance, support procurement performance metrics and compliance reporting, and drive strategic decision-making
