An established and growing Cleveland-based general contractor that has been in the area for decades is adding a Project / Estimating Assistant to their team — supporting the Chief Estimator and project managers. It’s a perfect role for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and loves keeping things on track .

✨ What You’ll Be Doing :

Keep bids, proposals, and project files organized and on point

Support estimators and PMs with documentation, scheduling, and reporting

Coordinate with subcontractors / vendors to gather info and track deadlines

Help streamline communication so projects stay ahead of schedule
