Job descriptionAssist residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting within the facility. Provide support for grooming, self-care, and enhancing residents' quality of life. Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care. Maintain accurate records and documentation in a timely manner. Must hold a current and valid nursing assistant certification. Previous experience in skilled nursing is preferred, but not mandatory. Must have a clean background check with no abuse records. Basic literacy and strong communication skills are required. Ability to comprehend and execute written and verbal instructions. Able to work collaboratively with both residents and team members.
