Job description

Coverage Needed :

  • November 1, 2025 - Ongoing
  • Minimum 5 shifts per month
  • Mon-Wed : 7a-5p, 10a-8p, 3p-1a, 4p-12a, 8p-7a; Thurs-Sun : 7a-5p, 10a-9p, 4p-2a, 8p-7a

Clinical Details :

  • Annual Volume : Approximately 49,500
  • Patients Per Day : About 135
  • EMS Percentage : 30%
  • Admitted Patients Percentage : 22%
  • Scribe Coverage : Yes, 10 hours per day
  • ED Beds : 42
  • Backup Specialties : Robust backup specialties on site
  • EMR System : Meditech, transitioning to EPIC in March 2025

    • Requirements :

  • ABEM, AOBEM, or ABFM. If FM trained, must show proof of ED work in the past 2 years
  • Residency : Must have completed an EM or FM residency
  • ATLS : Required for FM trained but not EM
  • ACLS & PALS
  • Active LA License or IMLC
