Position Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Evening Site Lead to supervise cleaning operations, and clean at a large school facility in Maumee. This role helps to lead a team of four cleaners, conducts facility quality checks, ensures supply levels, and serves as the on-site point of contact for school administration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, clean, and supervise evening cleaning staff

Assign workstations, verify task completion, and support team efficiency

Conduct walk-through inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met

Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory

Train new employees and reinforce cleaning best practices

Communicate with school personnel and Clean Team management

Ensure safety and compliance policies are followed

Qualifications

Previous cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or facilities experience required

Leadership or supervisory background preferred

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to lift, walk, bend, and stand throughout shift

Must be dependable and background-check eligible
