The Opportunity :

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in our partnership school districts (may include Scotch Plains / Fanwood, NJ or KIPP Charter Schools in Newark, NJ or others). The ideal candidate will work closely with students, staff, and families to develop and implement behavior interventions that enhance student success in the school setting. The BCBA Consultant will provide direct support to students with behavioral needs, collaborate with teachers and other professionals, and offer guidance on best practices in behavior management and support strategies.

What youll do / Key Responsibilities :

• Behavioral Assessment and Intervention Planning :

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

Provide tier 1 (whole school or whole group), tier 2 (small groups), and tier 3 (individualized) supports behavior supports based on the schools need (in general education, inclusive spaces and special-education classrooms)

Establish and maintain data collection systems to monitor student progress and effectiveness of interventions

Stay current with trends and developments in the field of behavior analysis and special education / education

Position Qualifications :

Masters Degree (in ABA, Special Ed, Psychology or Related field) (required)

Minimum of 2 years experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs
