Licensed Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation

Job Type : Full-Time

Location : La Grande, OR

Shift : Days

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible for Oregon Physical Therapy License
  • Active or eligible for BLS Certification
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to patients
  • Educate and actively engage patients in their care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff during emergencies or incidents
  • Manage patient scheduling and electronic medical records
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Schedule

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift only
